Thursday, December 17, 2009 marked four years of when we started our adoption process. I woke up, got ready for work, walked out of the bedroom and looked to the left to see the Christmas Tree and could not help but to think that it is another year without our child(ren).
For the last two years, the CCAA has sent referrals twice in the month of December. So far, they have only sent referrals once this year. There are no rumors on this topic but RQ (Rumor Queen) did say that the last two times it was before Christmas. This does not mean that it still can't happen but we have learned our lesson not to get our hopes up. This is hard not to do as in the past when they did this, they were LARGE batches that they sent out.

we can only hope, pray, and wait.........
