The Latest on Rumors

I am now sitting at my desk at work during my lunch and as always, I check RQ to see if there are any rumors. Well, this is what was posted...


A few more rumorsJanuary 28th, 2010
A few agencies are starting to talk about referrals. One is saying they are “about to start matching”, another is saying they think referrals will arrive next week.
I’m not seeing anything that tells me agencies are hearing cut off information.


Although it is not much of a rumor, at least it is a rumor.

Keep your fingers, toes, legs, eyes, etc... crossed and say a prayer that we hear something soon.

Nothing....

No rumors at all today (so far). It's getting crazy in this house, we rush to take a look at what could be posted as a rumor only to find out that nothing has been posted.

We continue to keep our fingers crossed for a very good rumor to happen.

Rumors???

Well, an email was sent recently regarding rumors. This mom-to-be has a LID of 04/12/06 and she too is getting quite anxious, along with ALL of us, on any possible rumors. She was informed by her agency that we should start seeing rumors around the 27th of January.

Uggggg.... the wait is getting harder and harder since we are closer.

We check RQ's (Rumor Queen) site constantly to see if there are any rumors being posted-- so far, nothing.

Here is hoping to seeing some rumors very soon.

Ladybug Citing

Today is MLK Day and a Holiday for me. Dennis is at work and Callie and I have been bonding for the day. I took her out for a nice long walk after fighting off a bad headache that I had all night. The walk felt great and Callie enjoyed it too.

This afternoon I sat in my office reading my Parent Magazine on my ottoman with Callie lying right next to me sound asleep. I finished my magazine and looked outside and there it was... a ladybug. For those that don't know, ladybugs are a big deal with China Adoptive Families as they are to mean that they bring us good luck and soon we will receive our wish of becoming a family. Well.... I won't comment any further as I do not want to jinx it.
