China Adopt Talk (a/k/a RQ d/b/a Rumor Queen) reports that an agency is currently matching. She does not give this a rating but since she through in..."Can I get a Woo-HOOOOOOOO!!!!!!?" I'll take this as great news. The quicker they match and the closer they get to April 18, 2006 --- means referral time for US!!!!
